Scrypt Wallet is non-custodial. Your wallet credentials are encrypted on your device, and you remain responsible for the recovery information that restores access. Scrypt Wallet cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or recover private information you did not preserve. Never send a recovery phrase or private key to someone offering support.
Before moving CY, compare the network shown by both the sender and recipient. Check the first and last characters of the destination, review any fee shown before confirmation, and use a small test transaction when the amount or destination warrants it. Confirmation time and network fees are determined by Cyberyen, not by a guaranteed schedule from Scrypt Wallet.
