Blockchain hours and market hours are different
Robinhood Chain transactions can be submitted outside the regular U.S. stock-market session. That does not mean the referenced company's shares are trading on their exchange at the same moment. QBTS references that share through a separate tokenized debt security, so the token's on-chain trading conditions can diverge from a brokerage order in the underlying stock.
When the underlying market is shut, Robinhood's indicative bid/ask midpoint may reflect stale information. News can change expectations before the next market open.
