Blockchain hours and market hours are different
Robinhood Chain transactions can be submitted outside the regular U.S. stock-market session. That does not mean the referenced company's shares are trading on their exchange at the same moment. NOW references that share through a separate tokenized debt security, so the token's on-chain trading conditions can diverge from a brokerage order in the underlying stock.
When the underlying market is shut, Robinhood's indicative bid/ask midpoint may reflect stale information. News can change expectations before the next market open. On-chain liquidity may thin out, widen spreads, or stop being quotable at all. The practical question is whether there's an executable NOW route for your amount at an acceptable total cost, not whether the token is technically transferable 24/7.
A useful after-hours checklist
Compare the swap's input and output, price impact, slippage setting and Robinhood Chain gas. Check when the price snapshot was taken. Confirm the output contract is 0x0C3260aF4B8f13a69c4c2dFb84fD667890CDFa14; symbols alone are not reliable identity. A failed or expired route is a liquidity or execution issue, not evidence that the underlying exchange itself was open.
