Two coins, one wallet
Bit (B1T) runs on B1T. Cyberyen (CY) runs on Cyberyen, a different network. Both are available natively in Scrypt Wallet, a single non-custodial wallet — your B1T and CY keys are both generated and encrypted on your own device, and Scrypt Wallet never holds either one.
What's actually different
B1T and CY are separate networks with their own block times, fee markets and confirmation requirements — holding both doesn't mean they behave identically when you send or receive. Always check which network you're sending on before broadcasting; sending B1T to an address that only accepts CY (or the reverse) is one of the most common ways funds get stuck.
